Can Nasonex cause frequent urination?

I have gone to the doctor twice with UTI-like symptoms, and both times, the UTI urine test has been negative. I am still having the same symptoms however--frequent urination, sometimes pain in lower back/abdomen, and fatigue/almost nausea. I am wondering if it is possible if my allergy medication (which includes Nasonex) can cause this? It appeared relatively suddenly (can't remember if it was before i started the nasonex, unfortunately), so I would have thought it was a uti, but apparently not. if not cause by nasonex, what could it be??? PLEASE help! It's freaking me out.
